can not connect

hello, I have been trying to log in to the game for a while now and i am able to sign in with username and password and i accept the agreement but then you see that cutscene of going down a corridor it just plays non stop without going to character screen and i even had all my antiviruses turned off and my firewall too

ok i remember you made the downgrade to 4.0? you must full update your client to 4.5 full an then install again our launcher.
we now support 4.5

i had already done that after re reading the forum and catching up on what all is new

its open again try to connect and come to chat
